Marine View Hotel

My companions and I left Marina’s View feeling humiliated by the way a woman who said she was the manager or CEO spoke to us. It was sometime after 3 a.m., and she was rude in both her tone and manner instead of handling the situation respectfully. As paying guests, we felt we deserved basic courtesy, whatever the circumstances. Her behavior spoiled our experience and reflected badly on the service at Marina’s View. Earlier that night, after coming back from the club, we went to use the pool. We were told it was closed and there was no lifeguard, so swimming would be at our own risk. We understood and accepted that. I’m asking for a formal apology and assurance that other guests won’t be treated this way. I hope management takes the complaint seriously and improves its professionalism and customer service. I look forward to a response.

When I accidentally booked an extra night last year, they refused to refund me. I suspect the money was kept by the staff. I also found that the two women at reception quoted different room prices, and I suspect the difference may have gone into their own pockets. Dishonest staff. I hope they never prosper, bad-minded people 👎🏿

If you need help, the staff are only a phone call away, and they’ll walk you through anything you don’t understand. They offer assistance when needed and make you feel at home. The hotel is in the heart of Ocho Rios, with a comfortable, relaxing feel. Marine View Hotel really is the best, and I’d recommend it to others 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓.

The pool was amazing, and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. Our A/C was no joke 🤣. During our stay, the staff came to feel like family, and the whole experience was relaxing and restorative for me and my family. We’re already planning to come back in the near future. I definitely recommend going and experiencing it for yourselves, I don’t think you’ll regret it.
