Lovely Modern 1Bedroom overlooking Carribean Sea.

I stayed one night with my child, who was too scared to sleep in the bed. It seemed like we got a dirty room because we’re locals. The bathroom was filthy, the shower curtain needed throwing away, and the basin pipes belonged in the bin. The kitchen cupboards smelled of roaches, and their doors looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were cockroaches in the room, the staircase was dirty, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, and the door locks badly needed replacing. The settees belonged in a dump. I’d never stay there again.

The women were pretty nice, but the men were mean and lazy. The rooms, apartment, or condo, whatever they call them, were dated, dirty, and downright nasty. The sheets were dirty, the kitchen and stove were filthy, and only one burner worked. There was just one fork. We had to change rooms because there was no internet, but every room we saw was unacceptable. The place had a bad smell, the pool stayed milky the whole time, and the linen should be thrown out. The air conditioner leaked onto the bed. I swear there were bed bugs as well as roaches.

The apartment was cute and the location was great, but we spent three days without a working shower. We complained three times before someone came, and they actually said a few drops of water meant it was working. There was AC in the bedroom but none in the living room, so it was hot in there the whole time. As soon as you step outside the hotel, scammers harass you. Don’t buy anything from them or book tours with them. I don’t recommend this place.

I felt very safe, with secure places and an excellent police presence throughout the area. Everything was within walking distance, including clubs, shops, fresh markets, places to eat, laundry services, beautiful nearby beaches, and great restaurants. Apt. #71 was beautiful, very clean, and surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens and grounds. The pool and lounge area were lovely, and the doormen and groundskeepers were friendly and helpful. I had a great time and will definitely use this facility again on my next trip.
