Trident Hotel

The customer service was so good, and everyone was very nice. Trudy is one of the best. Please take good care of her for me, and show her the respect she deserves. She's kind and always there when you need her. I'm coming back with my husband because of her.

The staff made my three days at the Trident Hotel especially good. They were kind, attentive, and truly caring, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely views and a character all its own. It's peaceful and relaxing, a great place to disconnect and enjoy the island. If you're after a calm, exclusive stay in Jamaica, this is the place. I'd recommend it for a luxurious, restful getaway, and I'll definitely return.

The staff look after everything without disturbing the calm of this special place. There are only thirteen villas spread across 52 acres of pristine coastline, and each one is thoughtfully designed down to the details. There's also an amazing castle on the property, impressive beside many in Europe.

The rooms were spacious and completely private, and the views were breathtaking. It felt like having my own home on the island. I came with my sister and daughter for three days. Getting there took a six-hour flight with delays, then a three-hour drive, but I'd make the trip again without hesitation. I own a restaurant in NYC and usually have a hectic, nonstop life. As a Diamond member with Hilton, I rarely get time to travel and treat myself, and usually can only manage a quick two-day break unless somewhere is really special. This hotel and its service went far beyond five stars, even for someone tough to impress. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional, from the guest service agents on the phone to the waitresses and the maintenance crew picking coconuts. I just left and am already looking forward to going back.
