The beach was the highlight for me: calm, pretty, and one of the best beach days I’ve had. The water looked lovely, the surroundings were fairly clean, and the public bathrooms were well kept. I didn’t get to try the resort, but the service was still surprisingly good. Staff were polite and attentive to locals and visitors, mostly in uniform so they were easy to spot. They left us in peace, unlike people at some other public beaches. Worth a visit.

The views are what stay with me most. The beach was so quiet that my family and I had it to ourselves for two days. It’s a little hidden gem in St Thomas, Jamaica, with clean, charming rooms and kind, attentive staff. The rooms have hot water and a TV, but switch on the AC and plug in the fridge when you arrive. Breakfast is made fresh, so order by 7 in the morning and allow time for it. It was worth the wait, really delicious.

I’ve been coming for 13 years and still feel most at ease staying here in Morant Bay. The place is spotless, the food is always good, and the ocean view is beautiful. Staff are accommodating, and the rooms have AC. I like being able to order breakfast the day before, so even if I get up late, it’s ready for me. There’s also a nice bar on site for unwinding. If you’re in the area, check it out.

The beach is always immaculate, and there’s now a bar there selling non-alcoholic drinks too. I’ve visited many times but haven’t stayed at the resort. I wish they offered day passes that included the restaurant and somewhere to wash off after the beach, since neither is currently available to the public. I’d probably go every weekend if they did.

A quiet little hotel with a laid-back feel. Some rooms face the sea, which is a nice touch. It’s usually peaceful and may be the best hotel option around there.
