Good-looking resort, nice location, and good food, but management needs to improve customer service. Carlos is not fit to manage this hotel. I complained and he promised to fix the issue, but he never did. Several other guests had the same experience with him. The resort needs a firmer manager, as staff won't respect the kind of leadership I experienced. The staff could ruin this beautiful hotel and cause tourism to decline.

The people are what made the trip memorable. Trevor checked in often and made sure we were all right. Travis was a great tour guide and became like a little brother to me. Lady T brought energy and made us feel included, while Crazy Legs kept everyone laughing. Spicy D handled room concerns professionally and kept us updated. Special shout out to Lady T, Crazy Legs, Bianca, Marcella, Corinne, Travis, Trevor, and Spicy D. I met amazing people who felt more like family than strangers, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Jamaica, until next time! ❤️ The resort itself was beautiful, with stunning rooms, pools, beach, and overall look. I was upgraded to an ocean-view room, and the views were amazing. The buffet was good, though I wish they'd explained the dinner dress code when we arrived. Premium drinks cost extra, so it felt only partly inclusive. I also would have liked the pools and nightlife to stay open later for more music, dancing, and late-night fun. We were greeted with warm smiles and great energy, but check-in took longer than expected. It might go more smoothly if guests could upload passports or IDs beforehand, or start checking in on the resort shuttles.

This beautiful resort made our office trip the best. We were a group of 21 and had a room issue, but manager Aiesha and Richard Camble were so helpful in sorting it out. Shane was a superstar at organizing our group dinners. The staff were all so happy, friendly, and willing to accommodate requests. The snorkelling was great. March helped the first-timers into the water and found us a sea urchin to hold, going above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The entertainment team kept things fun all day, every day. Our first-ever night foam party was so much fun, too. Sorry, I only remember Power Puff's name from the team. Tashana Gordon, My Somalia queen, you know your stuff! Thank you all so much. YA MON. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are top tier, and the staff kept checking that we were okay. Special thanks to Michael Currie from the entertainment department. He went out of his way to help us, even with things outside his department. He's courteous and professional, knows the ins and outs of the hotel, and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks, Mike. Your customer service is awesome, and I'll definitely come back.
