I only gave one star to thank the employee who prepared a shisha for me and Osama, who kindly lent me a scale. Booking was frustrating. I called ahead and was told there was a room, but once I arrived, I was told I might have to wait several hours to see which rooms checked out. Then at checkout, while I was hurrying to the airport, staff demanded payment for chocolate and bottled water they had left in the room. There was no clear written notice saying they cost extra. The staff member said, “If you don’t eat them, you won’t pay.” But what if I had children? Guests shouldn't have to hunt for a paper or price list to figure out whether basic room items are free. Leaving things in the room and charging for them later felt exploitative and unethical. Even putting water in the minibar makes it harder to choose freely when the terms aren't clear. The whole situation felt shameful. Unless everything is clearly explained in writing before check-in, I can't recommend this place.

The air conditioning and water were decent, but that was about it. After housekeeping, there were no fresh towels, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. I never expected a hotel to handle towels this badly.

The rooms were beautifully done and the hotel was spotless, with great amenities. What really made the stay for me, though, was how attentive everyone was. The housekeeping team, restaurant servers, concierge, driver, and reception staff were all friendly and professional, and they were quick to help with requests or offer personal recommendations. I was welcomed warmly as soon as I arrived, and that level of care continued throughout the visit. I had a really good experience here in Amman and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay.

We couldn’t get into our room the next day because it was locked, and reception showed no urgency about getting the problem fixed. The first night, the room had been left unlocked. We told reception, but nothing was done, so anyone could have walked in while we were asleep. The hotel didn’t seem to care. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’d never recommend it. Very unsafe.
