Ambassador Hotel Amman, a Boutique Hotel

For a couple of nights, it's a good choice if you're looking for a decent hotel in its star range. I've seen much lower quality places at the same level elsewhere. The location is convenient, the staff are professional, and my experience was good for the price.

Dinner was delicious, the waiters were incredibly kind, and reception was friendly. Breakfast was decent too. The room had a few problems: I found two hairs in the bed on day one, the shower leaked onto the floor, and the balcony curtain had come loose so outside light got in. I’d asked earlier to have the balcony light switched off, but it stayed on until 1 a.m. and made it hard to sleep.

The outdoor porch was a lovely spot to relax, and the hotel's location was convenient, with facilities close by. Breakfast was an open buffet with plenty of tasty choices. My room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar. The staff were welcoming and professional when I arrived, and check-in was easy. Everyone I met was friendly and quick to help, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. I left feeling refreshed and would gladly return to Ambassador Boutique Hotel. I recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was really tasty with plenty of choices. The location is great too, close to lots of good places. I had an amazing time and would definitely come back 🌸
