The whole place smelled really bad, and there were no tissues. The mattress, sheets, and sofa were stained and hadn't been cleaned properly. I was very disappointed. It wasn't worth staying here, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Not bad, though there are better places.

The service was awful. They seemed focused only on getting paid, then ignored you, and you have to wait for someone to answer your calls before arriving. In the apartment there were no air conditioner or TV remotes, no bathroom shoes (excuse the expression), no amenities, and unpleasant smells everywhere. The lighting was exposed, and the sofas and mattresses were filthy. Cleanliness and internet were among the worst parts of this being one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Amman. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
