Region Hotel

What I appreciate most about H2o gym is how comfortable and clean it feels, and the coaches are great, especially Islam. I’ve been doing PT with him for four years. He’s helped shape my body and understand it better, and I like that he doesn’t give everyone the same training. He helps other people too and makes the gym feel like a safe, healthy place. My family visits from Dubai in the summer and they enjoy going there as well. Parking can be a bit difficult, and a couple of machines need renovation. We’re very comfortable there and highly recommend it. I hope it stays this neat and welcoming.

The sauna and gym were useful to have, but they couldn’t make up for the problems with the room. The sink drained very slowly, the toilet often didn’t flush properly, and the key card kept failing. I had to go back to reception almost every day to get it reactivated or replaced, which was frustrating after a day out. I was visiting Jordan for the first time and had been looking forward to staying here, so the poor maintenance was disappointing. I’d choose somewhere closer to shops with more reliable facilities next time, and wouldn’t stay here again.

From the outside it looks nice, but inside the hotel is badly under-serviced. I recommended it to my brothers when they came to visit, and they were shocked by how unclean and poorly maintained it was. They wouldn’t stay another night.

The breakfast buffet was among the poorest we’ve had, and the room made the stay just as disappointing. We could barely move around the beds in the cramped triple room, and the view was only a blank brick wall. The air conditioning didn’t work, and dust came through the vents. The room was dirty and felt suffocating. Key cards kept stopping, so we had to return to reception each time. The toilet holder was broken, the wardrobe doors were damaged, and the beds were so close that we couldn’t use the wardrobe. Harir Palace Hotel certainly didn’t feel like a four-star property.
