Amman Galleria Mall Radisson Blu Hotel

My mother and I had such a great time here, and we’d both happily come back. The breakfast staff were especially friendly and helpful, and reception and security were lovely too. We also had amazing massages with Lea and Ahmad. I’d recommend the hotel to everyone I know.

The family room was comfortable, pleasant, and very clean, and the location was convenient. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was warm and helpful, from reception and breakfast to the spa and housekeeping. Special thanks to breakfast team members Loai and Fadi, and chef Ramzi, whose kindness and professionalism added a lot to our stay. Rajah in the spa and Neriman in housekeeping were very friendly as well. We’d gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a lively area, with plenty of shops nearby, and I’d stay again if I could deal with Mr. Abdulrahman. He was the most professional representative of Radisson Blu Hotel Amman. My first night was awful because of the reception staff and the room I’d requested. The next morning I contacted Mr. Abdul Rahman, who apologized and completely turned things around. He treated us like royalty, arranged a room change and an upgrade, and made the rest of the stay wonderful. The new room was excellent, spotlessly clean, and the staff there were exceptionally kind and helpful. Everyone was courteous except the receptionist on that first night.

During my time in beloved Jordan, I was lucky to choose your elegant restaurant. It was one of the best I visited. Mr. Mohammad Jarrah gave outstanding service and attention that went beyond what I expected. I hadn’t anticipated that level of care. Many thanks, and I wish you continued success.
