I'll start with the biggest problem. If you're traveling by car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. When I called about the room, they said the hotel had a garage, but it was often out of order. During our seven days, the basement parking was broken for five of them. They parked my car by the walkway outside the front door instead. Sometimes someone was there when I needed to leave or came back, sometimes nobody was. Twice they woke me at 7 AM asking for the key. It made the experience awful. I only got to use the garage two or three times, and once my car came back full of cigarette smoke. The water in the shower also turned icy after about three minutes. It happened on my third day, while I was still covered in soap. I called, and they were very sorry and moved me to another room. That room had a different problem: water pooled on the floor and wouldn't drain. The issue was still there the second day after we left. For the last two days of my stay, they were doing construction in the hotel from 8 AM to 4 PM. The noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. It sounded like work was happening right by the wall, and the hotel wasn't ready. They also made me walk up to the elevator. The view outside through the glass wasn't clear either. All the workers were good and helped with whatever I asked, but there were too many problems. The parking was the biggest one, especially if you have a car, and there were also issues in the bathroom, especially with hot water. If you take a shower for more than two minutes, you might be crying before you get normal hot water. I hope they can fix all of this.
