Razan Hotel (Razan Hotel) offers a calm place to rest in the middle of Amman’s city energy. Its location near the 3rd Circle makes it easy to get to Rainbow Street and the historic downtown. The hotel has a cozy lobby and welcoming service that feels personal. Rooms are comfortably and practically furnished, and the quiet atmosphere makes it easy to relax after exploring the city. The cleanliness and friendly staff also stand out. With modern touches alongside traditional warmth, Razan Hotel works for tourists or business travelers, whether they’re in Amman for a night or a week. It feels like a home base close to the city’s history and culture.

The nicest parts were the view from our room, the location, and the kind, understanding employees. The room itself was a rough experience, though. The floors were so dirty I couldn’t walk barefoot, there were ants in the bathroom, and the shower was stained. Our sink drained so poorly that it backed up a little. Parking was bad too, with really tight spaces. They offer WiFi, but it was painfully slow and kept disconnecting my phone, basically unusable. I think a hotel should put a bit more into its WiFi. The rooms weren’t clean at all, which made the whole stay unfortunate.

Affordable, with tasty food, clean rooms, a quiet atmosphere, and a great location. The staff were very friendly too. I had quite a good experience and sincerely recommend it.

The photos are outdated, and so is the furniture, which is very old. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in every room, and they all have bad smells.

I had a very good experience at Raza, and all the staff were great with me. InshaAllah, if I come to Amman, Jordan again, Razan Hestel will be my choice.
