At Beirut Hotel 1, right in the heart of Amman, everything was perfect from reception to the manager, Mr. Oussama. Beirut Hotel 2 was great as well. ASH at reception was attentive, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the rooms were spotless, with air conditioning and hot and cold showers. It’s two minutes from central Amman, and Kunafa Habiba restaurant was nearby. Thanks to the whole hotel team.

Downtown Amman is right outside, which is a big plus. The room was very small, but cozy, and the hotel itself feels cozy too. The staff were kind and helped me arrange taxis at good prices. I’d definitely stay again.

They charged us for one night, then cancelled our reservation a few days before the stay. The issue is that they never returned our money, so we had to find another place and pay for that too. When we tried to get our money back, the hotel said they would block us.

There’s no elevator, and visitors aren’t allowed. You also have to leave your room key at reception when you go out. I wouldn’t recommend it.

A few days before we were due to arrive, the hotel cancelled our reservation. That part may be understandable, but they still haven’t returned our money.
