The building is smaller and shorter than some other hotels in Amman, but it has the services and facilities you need. My room was spacious and good, with an iron, and the restaurant had a varied, excellent selection of food. Service was excellent too. I'd give the hotel five stars.

Hana at the service center was incredibly helpful and informative, and answered all my questions. Thanks so much. I'm already looking forward to visiting your hotels again in the near future.

Almost 900 dollars and 2800 ILs disappeared from my bag. Don't leave money in your room, even inside your bags. When I reported it, the manager was aggressive and rude instead of helpful or professional. Stay far away from this hotel. It doesn't feel safe for your belongings.

While the room was being cleaned, cash was taken from my elderly mother's suitcase. We stayed here last week, and it was really distressing. The lack of security and professional integrity left us disappointed, and we no longer felt comfortable or safe. I can't recommend this hotel.

The team made us feel welcome, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was quiet and well maintained, and our room was clean with everything we needed. It was an exceptional stay.
