The way the staff treated us made an already disappointing evening deeply embarrassing. I had arranged a birthday celebration for a friend, but we ended up leaving the hotel altogether. I’d booked for four people by phone at 8:30 PM on June 4, 2026. The call was transferred to the restaurant reservations team, they confirmed the booking, and verified my contact details. But when we arrived, staff said there was no reservation under my name and apparently no record of it. A staff member named Amer made matters worse. Instead of helping sort things out, he was confrontational and unprofessional, speaking aggressively in front of my guests. When I asked for his full name so I could document what happened, he refused. He also brought up a rule against shorts, though I’d received no confirmation message or other notice about a dress code. I would have respected it if I’d been told in advance. There was no proper explanation for the missing confirmed reservation, and the customer service fell well below what I’d expect from a hotel with this reputation. I hope management investigates and takes appropriate action so other guests don’t have the same experience.

The calm, luxurious feel made for a relaxing stay at Centro mada Amman Rotana, and the location worked well for both business and leisure. My room was spotless, elegant, comfortable, and had an amazing city view. The gym, pool, and restaurants were all top quality and well maintained. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh, delicious food, and service was fast. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Many thanks to goerge, sohib, and the chef, who really made our day happy, and to daniel from HK. I also want to thank the management team at Amman Rotana for putting together such a professional, wonderful team. Their attention to detail, high standards, and commitment to guest satisfaction show throughout the hotel. It’s rare to find such good teamwork, hospitality, and a positive atmosphere in one place. The location made getting around easy, while the hotel itself stayed calm and convenient. At Centro Mada, the rooms were modern, thoughtfully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The team were attentive, professional, and welcoming, and made me feel valued as a guest. An outstanding stay from arrival to departure, and somewhere I’d look forward to returning to. Highly recommended.
