Century Park Hotel

I stayed from January 21 to 24, 2026, and was happy with the hotel. The atmosphere was good, the staff were good, and breakfast in the morning was nice. The room cleaning team came by each morning, and if you need anything, just call the staff and they’ll bring it. Before going, I checked the Google reviews and was really disappointed by all the bad ones. I don’t know why so many people leave negative reviews. Once I arrived, I was glad I’d stayed. There wasn’t hot milk for my baby at breakfast, but when I asked, they heated some and brought it to our table. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Jordan.

The location is really good, but the rooms weren’t properly maintained. There are only limited toiletries, with no shaving kit or comb, which made the stay difficult. For vegetarians, there’s no real breakfast choice beyond a juice and bread.

The front desk staff member was helpful and tried to find me another room, but said the hotel was fully booked except for a twin room, which wouldn’t work for us as a couple. I never saw other guests, though. The lobby was always empty, morning and evening. My room was underground, past the employees’ offices and right beside the laundry and storage room. A couple of mattresses were propped against the wall directly across from my door. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the towels were used and dirty. Every morning I woke up to a smell of smoke, apparently from an employee smoking in the storage room next door instead of going outside. The experience was terrible overall. If I’d needed more than a place to sleep, I would have canceled my booking. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The place is outdated, dirty, and smells of cigarettes coming from the management offices situated between “Clients rooms”. The pictures on booking sites are old and don’t match what it’s actually like. I don’t recommend staying here. The hotel has plenty of potential, but the management has let it go. The manager, Majdi T, seems stuck in the past and has lost touch with professionalism. I’m not sure how this place is rated 4 Stars.
