Concord hotel

The hotel needs work throughout, from the ceiling and floors to the walls and showers. It all feels a bit grim. Our air conditioner didn't work, though the remote did, and there were no instructions for using it. The bedcover was too warm and sweaty, so adding a cotton sheet would make sleeping more comfortable. Breakfast was another problem. The man frying eggs left when we came in, and there was no bread, meat, coffee, cups, or other food and drinks. We waited 15 minutes, but he never came back, so we went elsewhere. The location is unique, just across the road from the old theater, but I wasn't satisfied.

At the heart of Amman, Concord Hotel gave me an experience that far exceeded what I expected. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the hospitality was excellent. For such a reasonable price, it really felt like a five-star stay. Mr. Ibrahim at reception deserves special thanks for being so welcoming, professional, attentive, and kind. Affordable rates, excellent service, and genuine hospitality make this a hidden gem downtown. I'd highly recommend it for comfort, value, and great service.

Concord Hotel Amman has one real redeeming feature, its excellent location. My experience otherwise was profoundly disappointing. The management and reception staff had a poor, difficult attitude, with little basic courtesy and hardly a smile from anyone. It felt as if financial transactions mattered more than guest satisfaction. The physical standards were also shockingly low: the cleanliness, food, restaurant service, lounge, and 'economy' rooms were all substandard. I was also frustrated by a small outstanding balance that was never refunded, which only added to the feeling that guests were disregarded. In my experience, this hotel doesn't deserve even one star.

When you're touring, location matters most, and Concord hotel is in a great spot in downtown, right opposite the Roman theater. The area is active 24/7, feels fully safe, and has good shopping. Jordan is fully safe too, with a high standard of life in this Muslim country. The prices here are very cheap, not just for perfume. For example, a mixed perfume like what yusuf bhai at dubai sells for 20usd costs about 5usd here, maybe even better quality. Everything else is very cheap too. Concord hotel is the best whenever you visit Amman, and I could give it more than 5 stars, whatever your hotel standard or lifestyle.
