Movenpick Hotel Amman (ex Holiday Inn Amman)

The spa was quiet and relaxing, and I found the gym clean and comfortable to use. Dinner at the restaurant was consistently good, both for the food and service. The room was very clean and well kept, with Housekeeping maintaining that standard throughout. Check-in was welcoming and easy with the front office team. Breakfast was generous and well organized even at busy times. A very pleasant stay.

Meals were enjoyable throughout the day, with plenty to choose from at breakfast and careful service at lunch and dinner. The spa was clean and peaceful, and the gym was well maintained. It was easy to relax in the spotless, quiet, well-kept room. Front desk staff handled both arrival and departure efficiently and professionally. The stay felt comfortable and well organized, with everything thoughtfully managed.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the start, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the hotel experience. Meals at the hotel were delicious and offered a wide range of choices. I wanted to stay in the city, and the location worked perfectly. The hotel overlooks Al Madena Street, with famous Amman restaurants, dessert places, cafés, and drink spots just a few minutes' walk away, including Ward Restaurant, Reem Al Bawadi, and Tawaheen AlHawa. On my first stay at Mövenpick Hotel Amman, the room upgrade and included breakfast and dinner benefits were much appreciated as a Diamond member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless. It made the visit even more enjoyable. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, welcoming stay in a very convenient part of Amman.

The meals were consistently good. The spa was peaceful, and the gym was spacious, clean, and fully equipped for both casual use and more serious workouts. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with Housekeeping keeping it fresh throughout the stay. The Front Office team made check-in and check-out smooth with warm, efficient service. Mövenpick Hotel Amman exceeded my expectations and showed a high standard of hospitality. A good fit for business or leisure travelers looking for comfort, professionalism, and excellent service.
