The staff were the one bright spot, all of them very friendly. The whole hotel was very cold, and there was no heat in the room. The floor, blanket, and curtains were dirty too. In the bathroom, water leaked all over the floor and the water was cold. Breakfast was poor, and I’d rather not get into the spa area.

I booked six days but left after the first night. The front desk staff were very aggressive, and they said the card machine hadn't worked for a week. Anyone could open the room doors from outside without a card. When I complained, they said it was fine because they had cameras. You also have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. The room phone worked, but the lighting was very weak. One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. Terrible place.

The carpets and washroom were dirty, and the water supply was irregular. Whenever I raised a concern with reception, they just said, “We will check for you.” Take a look at the complimentary breakfast too. Want to experience a haunted star hotel?

As someone who travels a lot for work and has stayed at many hotels, this was my worst stay so far. I was there for a business trip a week ago at this overrated four-star hotel. The toilet had no water, breakfast was poor, and the water closet needed repairs every single day. The staff service when I needed help was very poor, and the overall service was really disappointing.

We booked two nights for a business associate from China, but the room was so awful she couldn't stay another night. The bathroom was dirty and had no towels or toilet paper, and the room itself was dirty too. They made us look bad in front of our guest. May God disgrace them.
