Doubletree By Hilton Amman Hotel & Residences

I’d definitely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Amman again. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a convenient spot for getting around the city. The atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxing, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive throughout. A special thank you to Ibrahim Al Moffti and Rasmi Al Khazi for their outstanding service. His kindness, professionalism, and readiness to go above and beyond made a real difference during our stay.

I decided to give the restaurant another try after my previous visit, and this time it was much better. The service was attentive, the food came on time, and I enjoyed the experience. I appreciate the effort to improve customer satisfaction. My earlier visit to Do deli was a letdown. We waited more than 15 minutes for the drinks and about 20 minutes for the nachos, while our table stayed dirty until I asked someone to clean it. The main course took around 47 minutes, so I cancelled it, paid for what had already arrived, and left. They offered to pack the order to go instead of handling the situation professionally or trying to make things right. It was far below what I expected from a five-star restaurant.

The team made the hotel feel welcoming and personable while still being professional. Check-in was warm, and check-out left a positive impression too. I also loved the cookie, a thoughtful little touch that made arriving feel more special.

The room was spotless and had all the comforts we needed to feel at home. Breakfast was amazing and offered lots of variety for different tastes. The staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman were kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and kept checking whether we needed anything. Their warm attitude made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. My family was very happy, and we enjoyed every moment. The staff are what made the trip so memorable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Amman.
