Fairmont Amman

The rooms are gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and very well appointed. The food was excellent too, especially breakfast, where the team were warm and attentive. The hotel looked stunning, with beautiful Ramadan decorations that made the atmosphere feel special. We arrived in Amman while things were tense between Iran and Israel, so we were anxious. The staff took great care to help us feel safe from the moment we entered, and Philip deserves a special mention for calming our fears with kindness and professionalism. It’s worth every penny. If you’re visiting Amman, stay here.

Breakfast had lots of variety, and the staff were courteous and helpful. My room was very clean and met the expected standard. Booking directly online was easy, with a quick reply and confirmation, and reception was both professional and friendly. Checking out went just as smoothly as checking in.

The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever seen, and having access to the spa after a long trip was another highlight. I had the BEST time at Fairmont, a real standout on my trip. The rooms were spacious, with a huge bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a great range of restaurants inside the hotel too. I’m so sad to be home and can’t wait to return to Amman. I’ll be looking for Fairmonts on future trips.
