The gym was the best hotel gym I’ve ever used, with machines better than those at my gym back home. The equipment was great quality: pec deck, leg extension and curl, chest press, lat pulldown, cable and smith machines, a dumbbell rack, and several treadmills. I stayed in both the king room and the double twin during the week, and had no complaints about either. Every staff member was kind and helpful. They stored my bags while I was away on a two-day tour, and let me use the spa after checkout so I could shower before my evening flight. This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The pool was fantastic, breakfast was perfect, and our room was lovely. Everyone at the hotel was so nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. At breakfast, Mohmoud Amira, Sami Abiurshed, and the other waiters were attentive and professional. It was a joy. I didn’t meet the chefs, but they did a wonderful job. The food was delicious.

The outdoor restaurants were lovely at night, with a great atmosphere for enjoying the evening. I felt safe throughout, and the hotel was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax. I stayed six nights and highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable, the food delicious, the cocktails excellent, and the swimming pools very nice. I really loved the experience. 🌙🍹✨

The hotel needs to put more work into its services. At noon, with hardly anyone around, the valet was late and brought us the wrong car. We waited 25 minutes to get our car, and there was nobody else waiting, just us. Also, the lobby toilet doesn’t have a bidet. In an Arab country, that’s ridiculous. If I were in a foreign country I’d understand, but not in the Middle East. The hotel isn’t bad, but these are a few things they need to fix.

We were there for two nights last week. The room was amazing, spacious, and freshly decorated, and the bathroom looked gorgeous. The property itself was beautiful and festive with holiday decorations. The lobby lounge had a happy hour buffet, while the 32 degrees lobby restaurant served buffet breakfast and had a wide dinner selection. Staff were pleasant and responsive.
