I always stay here when I’m in Amman. The staff are honestly top-tier, really friendly, nice, helpful, and polite. Rooms are spacious and super clean, though they could use a little refurbishment. Breakfast is nice too, and there are two venues with music and great food.

The disco bar is on the fifth floor, and the loud music kept me from sleeping until 1 am. For a few nights, I also heard chairs being dragged repeatedly after 2 am. That could only mean staff were doing it.

It’s in central Amman, and the hotel is very nice. The staff are decent and cooperative with every guest.

The location is great, within walking distance of some nice coffee shops, and the coffee here is really good, which is a big plus for me. I stayed a few days on my last trip to Amman and found it very comfortable. The staff were so nice and always helped with anything we needed, with a smile. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food was delicious. Make sure to get the nachos, chicken tenders, and wedges.
