Our rooms were acceptable, but the breakfast timing was a problem. It was meant to start at 7:30, and they didn’t begin putting food out until 7:45. We had to leave for the airport at 8:00, so that was a shame. I don’t think 50 JOD a night for three people is reasonable.

I can’t recommend this place. It feels old and poorly maintained. The doors don’t shut properly, the soap bottles were empty, and one shower head didn’t work while another was missing altogether. You only get towels if you ask for them.

The price is very high for what feels like a hostel. We had no towels in the rooms for two days, the bedding wasn’t changed, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. The hallways smelled of smoke. The service was poor, and I do NOT recommend it.

This hotel feels worn out and past its best. If I could give less than one star, I would.

We booked three rooms, but when we arrived the receptionist asked if we could all stay together in one. I said no, but he still took everyone to one large room. After about an hour of discussion, they gave us a different room with no water and a broken window that wouldn’t close. It took three hours before we finally got rooms, and the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. They said breakfast was from 7 to 9, but when I went down at 07.30 there was nobody there. If you have anything important planned, I’d skip this hotel.
