Good value for the money, with a decent room for the price, great service, and very kind staff. It's right in the city centre, close to the Amman Citadel, the Roman Theatre, and plenty of restaurants and shops. The central location also means noise, and the rooms aren't soundproof, so don't expect a luxurious, quiet stay. Still, it's a good choice for at least one night.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and I hope they can sort that out. I’d be glad to come back if it’s improved. Apart from that, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. I mentioned that I like fried tomatoes, a traditional dish, and the restaurant staff made them for me the next day. They were lovely, and the service was outstanding. Thanks for the warm welcome. I really enjoyed my stay, especially meeting Nader, who was so kind and helpful.

The staff and cleanliness stood out most. Everyone was kind, greeted us with a smile, and was really nice. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels across several countries, and this is the best hotel in the Middle East. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Jordan.

Hassan is a friendly, knowledgeable guide, and I’d definitely recommend taking a tour with him. The hotel itself is great value, with lovely decor and a top-notch reception team. It’s very close to the Citadel and still a manageable distance from Rainbow Street.
