Kindi Hotel

The staff made the place feel warm and welcoming throughout my six days here. Everyone was kind, pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. By checkout, I was sorry to leave. Kindi Hotel will be my place to stay next time I’m in Amman, and I’d wholeheartedly suggest it to friends and family visiting. The location near the Fifth Circle made it easy to reach tourist spots, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Amman, the Citadel, Rainbow Street, and the modern malls were all quick and easy to get to. I also appreciated the fast, reliable internet for keeping in touch and planning the day. My suite felt cozy and comfortable, like home, with a separate living space and a well-equipped kitchenette that made a longer visit easier. Each morning started with a complimentary breakfast that was delicious and had a good mix of local dishes and international favorites, just right before a long day of sightseeing.

The location was great, close to the mall, and just a 10-minute ride from the city center. Uber cost 2 euros, and we waited no more than three minutes. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, and hotel security was good too. Staff took great care of us, helping with our luggage, arranging an extra night easily, contacting a travel agency, and sharing useful tips on getting around.

The daytime reception staff weren’t very good. The kitchen chief, though, was a really nice, helpful man. He should be the hotel manager.

We booked four days at KINDI Hotel with a double room and breakfast included, but there were extra charges in the end. The room was cleaned only once, and the bed sheets smelled. The carpet was dirty, and the double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together. We planned to stay longer, but unfortunately had to move to another hotel.
