Everyone was genuinely lovely, from the women at the restaurant and entrance to the rest of the team. Mr Tariq and Mr Mousa at reception helped me with all sorts of things, both inside and outside the hotel, and Mr Said Hassan was very supportive as well. Keep welcoming people with that smile.

I paid 74 USD for a room that was disgusting. The towels were dirty, the old washroom leaked, there were no slippers, and the light couldn’t be switched off. It was my first time in Amman, and I’d asked reception for a good room since I was only staying a few hours, less than a day or a night. It was a very unpleasant experience. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The blanket was damp and the room felt cold, and the extra bed was very thin and uncomfortable. I booked for three people but got a room set up for two. This place isn’t anywhere near a four-star hotel. Never again.

CliQ was the only payment method they would accept, and sorting it out cost me more than 10 minutes and was inconvenient. The valet service also fell short of what I expected for this kind of hotel. They didn’t offer Apple Pay or card payment, and the team refused to take 50 JD’s and return the change.

You can hear every little thing from the room next door, even cups being used and lights being switched on. The hotel is noisy, and the room wasn’t very clean either.
