Aram H.
The staff are respectful and friendly, but the breakfast was the worst in the world. I think it’s a good choice if you want to be near lots of places, including McDonald's, Bazar, KHCC, a pharmacy, and markets.

Good customer service and a nice hotel.
A handy budget stay in Amman, right by a supermarket and with easy access to the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a functional kitchen, comfortable beds, decent Wi-Fi, and plugs throughout. Service is excellent at any hour. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re on a budget.
Ants were all over the rooms, so we had to change rooms twice. The elevators kept breaking down, and I was trapped in one for more than 45 minutes without anyone noticing or coming to help. When the elevator malfunctioned, I asked if someone could help take my things up to my room on the fourth floor. They refused, then mocked me and my daughter. The customer service was terrible. Stay somewhere else and don’t waste your money.
It’s a three-star hotel with good prices, nice rooms, and plenty of room types to choose from. The location works well for a longer stay, though in my opinion it’s not in the city center.
