We spent a whole month here, and leaving was honestly sad. It felt like home away from home, with a spacious room and living room, privacy, cleanliness, a good location, great service, and safe belongings. I can’t thank this place enough, and I won’t stay anywhere else on future visits to Jordan. It’s my all-time favorite. Laith and Ayman greeted us at the front desk and helped us check in, then we met Mus'ab and later Qusai. There were others whose names we didn’t get, and everyone was kind, always smiling, and ready to help. Our flight changed and we arrived after midnight, but they were very accommodating when I messaged them on whatsapp. On our last night, we needed an extra suitcase at 3am, and Laith arranged for one to be delivered to the hotel with no hassle. When we left, all the staff were there to help.

The room and common areas weren’t comfortable or clean. The bed was uncomfortable, the couches were dirty, and the central AC kept being turned off. Maintenance work on all floors made noise for much of the day. Service was very slow, sometimes nonexistent, and requests were ignored. Hot water wasn’t always available, and the water was shut off for a while because someone was trying to save money by turning off the pump. There was water leaking in the garage, and they didn’t even mop it up. Most of the floor was covered, so we had to jump over it. I asked for an iron, and they brought one with an exposed wire. That’s very serious, it could kill a child.

They don’t provide room cleaning or towels, and the breakfast was poor. At checkout, they changed the amount due and said it was because of a system they hadn’t mentioned. After taking payment, they didn’t care about my feedback. The service quality was low, and I was embarrassed in front of my guest. I don’t recommend it at all.

The rooms could use some work, but the receptionists were great. Laith, who I think is the supervisor, was especially good, and Raafat and Mohammed were really nice and respectful too.
