Jad Hotel Suites

Such a lovely suite, and so spacious!

I spent almost 20 days at JAD hotel suite. The breakfast had an excellent, generous range of food, and the restaurant manager was polite and competent. My room was well equipped and very clean. The staff were friendly, and I especially want to thank Naheel.

For a short stay, Jad hotel is a very nice choice. The rooms are clean and big, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are friendly and polite. The reception guys and housekeeping manager Ms.Naheel were always ready to help. She works hard and follows up on requests and complaints. The location is handy for taxis and talabat delivery, and everybody knows the hotel. There are shops and restaurants nearby too, and it works well for business or holidays. My one request for the management is to do something about the noise from the surrounding night clubs. Wishing you good luck.

The staff were lovely, and the comfort and service were much better than I expected. I was unsure when I saw the big leather furniture and bare floors in that nuevo rich style, but I slept comfortably. The rooms are very spacious, and the traditional breakfast with a few continental options was really good, better than at a few five-star hotels I’ve stayed in recently. It’s great value for money. The high-end furniture, finishes, and amenities are mostly in excellent shape, though a few things need attention, and the nice staff are happy to help.
