The team looked after us so well when one of our children got sick, making sure everything was taken care of. That kindness meant a lot. We came to the InterContinental in Jordan as a gymnastics team for a competition, with lots of children running around and making noise, and the staff stayed patient, welcoming, and accommodating throughout. The hotel is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the location is perfect, with plenty within walking distance. Our rooms were unbelievable, and the whole experience was exceptional. Yazeed, Aya, Muhammad, Ward, Muntasir, Anos, Dina, Natalia, Omar, Ayad, and Mahmoud all deserve a big thank you. Those are only some of the names, because every staff member we met was amazing and handled things with genuine care and professionalism. I loved our stay. I’ll be back, and this will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Jordan. Highly, highly recommended.

The Lebanese restaurant here is the best in Amman, and the spa, pool, and gym are all fabulous. I’ve stayed five times now, so I know the place pretty well. The rooms are neat and clean, the bath products are great, and the staff are friendly, quick to respond, and keen to make you comfortable. That’s why I keep returning.

The indoor pool was just the right temperature, and the sauna got properly hot. My work stay was great from start to finish. I had a delicious dinner at the Lebanese restaurant, and Majed was an outstanding waiter. The room felt modern and was beautifully decorated, and everyone on staff was genuinely friendly. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Nataley made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the Amman InterContinental Hotel. She’s the Club Lounge Agent, and she was professional, warm, and attentive throughout. Whenever we needed help, she handled things with a smile and made sure we felt comfortable and at home. Her genuine hospitality reflects really well on the InterContinental brand. The food had both great flavor and plenty of variety. Our stay was unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again. The Club Lounge team made us feel welcome, and they even celebrated my wife’s birthday, which was a lovely extra touch. Thanks especially to Areen, Ahmed, Raiuf, Ward, and the other team members whose names I didn’t catch. I also had a minor room issue. The Duty Manager and Housekeeping Manager stepped in right away, sorted it out quickly, and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Their professionalism and dedication stood out, as did the friendliness and support of the whole team at InterContinental Amman.
