A friend’s family recently rented an apartment here and came away very disappointed. It was extremely old, needed major renovation and maintenance, and didn’t look like the photos. They’d chosen it on a recommendation from someone who stayed years ago, when the hotel was new and much better quality. I sincerely hope management restores it to the standard it had when it first opened.

The rooms have so many problems: filthy walls and doors, a leaking ceiling, a leaking kitchen sink, and drains that don’t work in either the shower or washroom sink. The pictures look like they’re 20 years old, from when the hotel was new. Management is dishonest, too. This place shouldn’t even get one star or be allowed to operate as a hotel. It gives Jordan a bad image, and the tourism authority should investigate and revoke its license.

The room I booked didn’t match the pictures on booking.com, and even though I’d paid in advance by VISA, they changed the room I had reserved. When I asked the receptionist or hotel manager about it, he surprisingly said, “You should not depend on the pictures.”

Delmon Suites is right in the heart of Amman, and the staff were outstanding, especially Mr. Mohamed. We stayed in room 104, which was spotless and quite comfy. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I’d heartily recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amman.

The location is perfect, especially for the nearby hospitals and doctor Clinique's, which is what determines the choice for this hotel. Unfortunately, Suites hotel has gone way down in quality, and it’s now very disappointing. The rooms’ cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
