Hamza was kind and friendly, always there in the morning to clean my room and help as much as he could. The room and location were great. But the Wi-Fi was a real problem. My room was on the second floor at the end of the hallway, and I struggled to keep a stable connection. I stayed four days and it never improved, even after I told reception. Travelers like me need internet when we don’t have local data. This is the first four-star hotel I’ve stayed at with such poor Wi-Fi coverage, so unfortunately I can’t recommend it to my company for future business trips.

Rasha and Hamza from room service were especially kind and positive, and their help made my stay memorable. The reception team was just as welcoming, always greeting people with genuine smiles. The hotel felt cozy and clean, and the location was handy for popular attractions. Prices were also surprisingly reasonable compared with similar hotels nearby. I had a wonderful time here.

The pool area was peaceful and cozy, with lovely warm water. The hotel has a homey feel as soon as you walk in, and the receptionist was friendly. Our room was cozy and modern, and they had a baby cot ready when we got to the bedroom. Breakfast was a mixed bag: some items weren’t fresh, and the bread was very thick, but they made us a fresh omelette when we asked. The restaurant food could be better, and room requests took a little while to arrive. Still, it was a nice surprise, and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

The central location made it easy to walk everywhere. Staff were kind, informative, and attentive, and housekeeping was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. They didn’t have a luggage scale, though, and checkout wasn’t flexible. My flight was at 5 pm, but I had to leave the room at noon and wait in the lobby.
