A lively hotel with comfortable facilities, and decent for a 3-star place. There's a nightclub on the upstart floor, so it may be noisy late in the evening.

The service overall was very poor, and the staff seemed irresponsible. The price doesn't match the quality either. Treatment also depended on who was at reception. The man gave water for free, but when the woman was there, she charged 1 JD for a small bottle. Is that normal? It felt unfair.

The calm atmosphere at The SunRock Hotel made it feel like home. It was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. Hiba at reception deserves special thanks for the warm welcome, friendly smile, and professional help. She gave us all the information we needed to make our stay even better. Highly recommend the hotel, and I'll definitely be back soon.

The room and amenities were decent, but the poor hospitality at The Sanrock Hotel Amman made the stay disappointing. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, so it was hard to feel welcome. When I booked for one night, the receptionist copied my card numbers. For the price, I expected more warmth and personal care. Given the poor condition of my room, I wouldn't recommend it for now.
