The front desk team, especially Mohammad Manasra and Jown, deserve special thanks. They were kind, patient, professional, and genuinely ready to help with every request, always smiling. I also appreciated the staff's organization, care for details, and the pleasant atmosphere. I've stayed at Landmark Amman Hotel before, and each visit impresses me with its service, cleanliness, comfort, and warm welcome that makes guests feel at home. I'm grateful for the excellent hospitality on my recent stay, and I'll keep choosing Landmark Amman in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel with excellent service in Jordan.

Mohammad Manasrah made my visit even more enjoyable with his kindness, thoughtful attention, and professionalism. Landmark Amman is elegant, comfortable, and well maintained, with welcoming staff and excellent service. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The public restrooms were noticeably dirty, and the attendant was sitting and eating nuts instead of looking after cleanliness or guests. That was another disappointing part of the visit. I arrived intending to park my own car, but the valet team refused and insisted on taking it as the only option. No one mentioned a fee at arrival or handover, showed me any signage, or gave me a chance to agree or decline based on the cost. When I picked up the car, I was stopped and told to park to the side and pay. Being charged after a service was imposed made for a very uncomfortable experience. Clear communication, choice, and transparency are basic hospitality standards. For a hotel presenting itself as luxury, forcing valet service and revealing the fee afterward felt misleading and highly unprofessional. This undermined what should have been a smooth arrival and departure. Management should urgently review the valet process and how guests are informed.

The housekeeping team did outstanding work, especially Yamen Arafat, who was professional and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the room stayed clean and tidy throughout. I had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

The best part of our stay was the team. From the security staff greeting us outside to reception, housekeeping, restaurant employees, and everyone in between, people were professional, respectful, and kind. The service was a 10/10, probably the best I've had in all my travels. The rooms were very nice, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The neighborhood isn't very walkable, but Uber and Careem were easy to find, convenient, and affordable. Most places you're likely to visit were about a 2 JOD Uber ride away. I'd highly recommend Landmark and would stay again without hesitation.
