Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel

I’ve stayed at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel for many years, for both business and family trips, and it remains my first choice in Amman. The hospitality is world-class, and even after visiting many countries and staying in hotels with very high international standards, I can confidently say the Sheraton Amman has the best hotel teams I’ve encountered. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, are amazing. They’re the largest in Amman, and offer a warm, relaxing atmosphere and a luxurious experience year-round. The hotel is exceptionally clean and always well maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for being fast, polite, and extremely professional, and for keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety, great presentation, and flavors that meet the highest international hotel standards. Every detail shows care and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Manager Ahmed, the wonderful Yousef, my friend Zaid, Captain Saddam, always smiling and cooperative, and the friendly, professional concierge team all go above and beyond to make each stay special. The rooms were spacious and super clean, and the breakfast was very nice and luxurious. It’s a great hotel with all facilities in a very good place. The people were friendly and tried to help. Sometimes language barriers got in the way, but I appreciated their efforts. The value for money is okay for such a nice hotel.

The room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, and breakfast had a wide choice of fresh, delicious food from east to west. The location is perfect, central and convenient, with everything you may need in Amman close by. From the very beginning, the reception team at Sheraton Amman were warm, professional, and extremely helpful. It was a flawless stay, and I highly recommend Sheraton Amman Hotel for comfort and service.

Weddings here are always beautiful, with everything prepared for people's big day. The staff are always welcoming, the rooms are never neglected when it comes to cleanliness, and the breakfast and lounge are among the best.
