The rooms stayed impressively quiet even with a highway nearby and the occasional sports car revving outside. We found the atmosphere peaceful too, with considerate guests. The hotel is in an upscale part of Amman, and Ahmad went out of his way to handle our requests and make us feel at home during our few days there. Our room had a full kitchenette, air conditioning, privacy and security shutters on the windows, and insect nets. It was a comfortable and convenient apartment-hotel, and one of the better options in the Abdoun area. We had a fantastic stay as a family and would recommend it.

Ahmad from customer service was professional, kind, and so helpful. Having him around made the whole experience much more pleasant. Thank you, Ahmad!

We couldn't sleep for two weeks. The cars kept screeching and the MCs were constantly throttling, and even earplugs didn't help. When we arrived at 1am, the apartment had nothing in it, not even toilet paper or a bottle of water. It was never cleaned, and there wasn't even a cleaning service we could pay for.

Mahmood, the supervisor, was a big help and got us a great deal. The nadine boutique hotel is conveniently located, and the room was very comfortable. Housekeeping and desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a very pleasant stay and would give it five stars.

Mr Tamer and Mr Samer were friendly and focused on finding solutions. The accommodation was very good, and I'd strongly recommend it.
