Reception staff made a good first impression, but the room had no AC. It’s always broken, and the bathroom flooded when I showered. I asked them to prepare breakfast to go for my early flight to another city, and they confirmed. The next day, though, they said they’d missed it, with only 45 minutes left before my flight. They need to improve their customer care. The price felt a bit high for the service I got, and you can find cheaper rooms that are still five-star.

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel share the same premises. The hotel is very clean, with big, spacious rooms and all facilities. The staff are polite, helpful, and friendly.

The only good thing about the stay was the friendly staff. Hygiene was far from acceptable. The sheets were never changed, the towels were usually dirty, and the AC was just on or off, so you couldn’t control the temperature. Hot water was something you could only wish for. The list goes on. I wonder how this place got a four-star rating. Nothing else made the stay worthwhile.

The breakfast buffet was good, and I really liked the rooftop bar. The hotel itself was quite good, though the lifts were slow. The one to the rooftop was especially annoying, sometimes taking more than five minutes to arrive.
