The team were consistently kind, and they gave us a PDF guide to places to see in Amman that we really appreciated. Breakfast was very good, and the clean, comfortable room suited us well. It was easy to walk to the main attractions from downtown Amman. The area is a little noisy, but we still slept and rested perfectly at night. I loved having airport transport and laundry service available. I only wished for a mirror in a more practical spot in the room and somewhere to put shampoo in the shower. Everything else was excellent, and we'd definitely stay again.

The place was clean, and I had an amazing stay. I didn't catch all the staff's names during my short visit, but they were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. My charger didn't fit the sockets, and when I asked at reception about an adapter, Mohammed kindly found one for me. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Amman, Jordan.

Everyone at the hotel gave me a warm welcome. I also had the pleasure of having Sabr as my driver for the whole trip, from Amman to Petra, on to Wadi Rum, and back. He was so kind and helpful, always on time, showed me shops along the way with cool items, and explained the history of places we passed. If you want to book a private driver when visiting, book him!

We came to Amman unexpectedly, and the care we received at Sandra Hotel made a stressful, uncertain time much easier. Mr. Yehia, Hamoudi, Louay, and Amgad looked after us from arrival through departure, always going out of their way to help us feel comfortable and safe. They were professional, generous, and kind, and treated us like family when we were far from home. I’m deeply grateful for their support.
