Zaid made us feel right at home and was incredibly welcoming. The apartment was much better quality than what I’ve seen elsewhere in Jordan, and it’s only an 8-minute walk to Petra’s entrance and close to the city center. They can also prepare a reasonably priced lunch box for your visit. Breakfast is included and brought to your room the evening before, which worked well for an early start at the heritage site.

We found the three-bedroom apartment very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and then some. It’s close to Petra’s archaeological site, and the staff were lovely and took care of arrangements for us as well as they could. Breakfast was fresh and really good, and they offered lunch boxes for our visit days. A great place to stay if you’re coming to Petra.

Zaid was quick to answer all our questions and gave us useful advice for visiting Petra, which helped us avoid a lot of tourist traps. We stayed at Zaid`s Juniper House with a group of friends, and it was an absolute dream. Breakfast was generous and left in the apartment each evening, so we could head out whenever we wanted in the morning. He also arranged a dinner cooked by his mother. We really recommend his Apartments.

We were welcomed with tea by the very nice owner. The apartments were neat and clean, and we had a spectacular view of the city while travelling with a group and children. Breakfast was exceptional, with the option of having it brought to the room early for a Petra visit. We’d happily come back.

After trekking around Petra, it was great to have a spacious, clean apartment to relax in. Mahmoud was kind from start to finish and took care of all the details to make us feel welcome. We also really enjoyed the homemade dinner they serve to guests.
