Lilac Hotel - Amman

Breakfast was excellent, and the terrace view across Amman is beautiful. It’s a good hotel, though I wouldn’t call it four-star.

The front desk team made us feel welcome, especially Razan, whose service and interactions were excellent. Mohammad from housekeeping also stood out for his great service, and Mohammad and Sheet in the cafeteria were kind and professional. I stayed at the hotel in Amman, Jordan for two weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Thanks to the chef and his team. I’d definitely return to this hotel.

The pool was peaceful, a nice place to unwind after sightseeing, and I enjoyed the modern fitness center and spa. The restaurant served delicious meals, with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My room was spotless and lovely to look at, with a very comfortable bed, plush towels, good toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a fantastic view that made mornings special. I was welcomed with warm smiles as soon as I arrived. The front desk staff were always friendly and available for questions, and gave me useful suggestions for local attractions and places to eat. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and made me feel valued. It was an unforgettable stay. I’ll be back soon.

The location worked perfectly, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were wonderfully hospitable. Many thanks to reception manager Mr. Mahmoud Al Hindi for his cooperation and outstanding hospitality, and to Chef Zahir for the delicious breakfast. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel.
