There’s no parking, and if you want to use the empty hotel yard, it costs 2 dinars for 5 minutes. Management should review the reception staff, especially the evening shift at dawn. The way guests are treated feels like being in a cage, or down town, not a classy new hotel. I’ve never had a receptionist at a guest’s club say, “Oh, oh, come on, talk on the phone with the boss.” The employee was rude and kept calling the room. At 4 or 5 in the morning, why be so rude, as you say, boss? I told him I didn’t recognize him, and he said, “I’m Al-Atiyat.” What do I want with your family, man? Just your first name. Change this employee, Al-Atiyat, and your staff if you want the hotel to succeed. That behavior belongs at a vegetable market, not a hotel.

It’s a new hotel with new rooms and furniture. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are very professional. God willing, I’ll definitely visit again. 👍
