A nicely priced hotel that's fairly central, with amazing staff. The night receptionist knows how to treat customers and seems able to make anything happen. The service team were good too, and Mohamed made me smile with the towel art on my bed. Dinner was fresh and really good, and breakfast was good as well. I would've liked coffee in the room, but maybe that'll come in the future. The place is also due for a deep clean. :) I'd absolutely recommend it.

Watch out for the front door handle. It's poorly installed and seems to have been fitted without much thought, so it can hurt you if you're not careful. I injured my thumb using it as intended, and it bruised and bled. I hope building management fixes it before someone else gets hurt.

We got in very late, and they kindly put out a buffet for us, which we appreciated. It's a lovely little hotel, and the reception team and other staff were all polite and kind. The rooms have a high-spec finish, with wet-room showers, good heating and cooling, English movie channels, and nice decor. I'd stay here again to explore Amman, since taxis to the places of interest are very cheap. I highly recommend it.

The location was great, and the staff were super nice. Breakfast was nice, though it could be better. I was honestly shocked by how clean the room and whole hotel were for a place called a three-star hotel. It should be four-star.

The rooms were tidy and well maintained, and the food was really good. The hotel is in a very nice location, with a few shops nearby for basic needs. The front desk and food staff deserve credit too, they're genuinely nice and friendly.
