We only spent one night, but it was a pleasant stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, breakfast had a good range of choices, and the attentive staff made us feel welcome. We also felt safe in the area, a little away from the busy city center. The hotel made a convenient base for exploring Amman. We parked safely on the road in front and could walk to the main attractions in about 20 minutes. It's a great option if you want to see the city on foot.

Our flights to Jordan were cancelled because of the war between Israel/ US and Iran, so we politely asked for a refund through Booking . com. I was looking forward to staying here and hoped the owner would do the fair thing, even though the reservation policy said no refunds. It seems money mattered more than doing what was right in this case. I like Jordanian people for their openness and hospitality, but this experience was different. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

The location worked well, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the boulevard and downtown, and seven minutes from the Blue mosque. Staff were kind, and cleaners came every day with fresh towels. The rooms are good enough for a stay, though not five-star, and there's an open wardrobe. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the coffee.

The front desk helped me set up custom day trips to places that don't seem to be widely offered by tour companies yet. The drivers were kind, professional, and good company, and the places were interesting without hordes of tourists. Staff really made sure I had a great time in Jordan. I stayed five nights by myself and got a large room, perhaps because February is low season, with extra seats and a small desk area. They left a large bottle of water and tea each day. Breakfast had omelettes cooked in front of you, plus toast, local desserts, olives, and other buffet items. A couple of great restaurants are up the hill, a 10-15 minute walk away. The Blue Mosque is close, and the Citadel and Rainbow street are both walkable in about 30 minutes.

Dinner wasn't part of our stay, and in hindsight we'd include it next time. Nearby dinner choices are limited, and after full days of exploring, none of us wanted to head out and search for food. The children did appreciate the little travel game gift, which should keep them busy for the next leg of our trip. We were a family of four, two adults, a teenager, and a pre-teen, and found the hotel a convenient, pleasant base in central Amman, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were tidy and clean with enough space, though some furniture looked worn and could use an update. Everything worked, and the bathroom had strong water pressure and hot water at a comfortable, safe temperature for younger guests. Breakfast was a highlight, with Jordanian dishes and familiar international choices. The kids liked the pancakes and fresh fruit, and we enjoyed trying local flavours. Staff were courteous and always ready to help. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, welcoming, central, and reasonably priced for families exploring the city.
