Panorama Amman Hotel

There’s a restaurant/café on the ground floor, which is a nice touch, and the location is really convenient. It’s by a busy area, so pretty much anything you need is just a few minutes’ walk away. The room was clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. The price was great compared with other hotels nearby. I really enjoyed my stay.

I’ve never had worse guest service. Whatever you say in your reply after this review, it won’t change your bad attitude toward customers. I just wanted you to know that hospitality means helping people, meeting their needs, and going the extra mile to satisfy them. The goal shouldn’t be money. Of course money matters, but you’ll get it anyway.

For the price, this hotel gives you what you need and is a good place to enjoy a vacation. It’s in a handy spot along the service road, with restaurants and grocery shops about 50m to 250m away.

The room was generally nice, and Islam at reception was respectful and very kind. But bed bugs were falling from my head. When I reported it, they swore it had never happened before and changed the pillow and mattress covers. It was already 23:30, so I couldn’t move rooms or switch hotels. I only saw how bad it had been the next morning, in the pictures. Don’t ever come!!!
