The dining area and restaurant service were fantastic, and the reception and front desk staff were very cooperative during our stay. It’s a place with hospitality and comfort. I’d advise tourists to enjoy their holiday here.

Don’t stay here. I’ve had the worst experience. The morning staff member always gives me a hard time. My whole family rents rooms here, but every time I come to visit, he makes it a big deal. It’s ridiculous and very unprofessional.

I stayed here for five days on my first trip to Jordan, as part of a charity work trip with a group of 20 people. It was also my first time in the Middle East, and the experience was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to help, and I had no issues during my stay. There’s a shop just a couple of minutes away on foot, which was handy for picking up little things. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area for work or leisure. It made my first visit to Jordan a positive, memorable one.

The staff welcomed us when we arrived and were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served a nice buffet of Mediterranean food. It’s a three-star hotel. One issue, the elevator has doors on two sides, but it doesn’t go to the dining room, so you have to climb up. That’s inconvenient for sick or elderly guests.
