Waseem is the best. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, with all the amenities provided. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad selection of high-quality food, and the well-kept facilities added real value to the stay.

There was loud noise from the upstairs hall and other rooms on our floor. The place is really old, with old rooms and furniture, pretty much everything felt old. I don’t know how it got five stars!

The reception staff were friendly, but the rest of my experience was very disappointing. The room was dusty, and the worn furniture wasn’t maintained well. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely old and outdated. They didn’t provide drinking water in the room, just a couple of small bottles for tea and coffee. When I asked for more, I got only two tiny bottles. I asked again and was refused unless I paid. That was very frustrating, since in my extensive experience at hotels inside and outside Jordan, drinking water is complimentary everywhere. The prices were extremely high for the food quality and portion sizes, so it wasn’t worth the money. This hotel doesn’t deserve five stars or even meet the basic standards of a decent hotel. I don’t recommend staying here.

My wife and I had great service from the staff, but the room was very outdated, like something from 1965. If they renovated the whole room, it would be great.

Fadi gave us excellent service, and the cocktails were great. The food was really tasty too. The views were unforgettable, and the whole experience was wonderful, worth every bit.
