Sama Amman Hotel Apartments

After my stay, I found the property good and conveniently located near services. It has private parking, the room is a suitable size for two, and the staff are friendly. Daily cleaning is the area that needs more attention and development. Since these are hotel apartments, I wouldn't call that a flaw or a negative point. Before the stay, Abu Sami and Ahmed were exceptionally kind and handled everything professionally and beautifully. They completed all the procedures electronically, and the reservation was approved right away, without even meeting me. They deserve an excellent rating for their considerate service. God willing, I'll share a final evaluation with pictures once the reservation process is fully completed.

For our Wadi Rum trip, the front desk securely kept our luggage while we were away for one night. We had booked five rooms for our visit to Jordan and were very pleased: they were spacious and nice, the staff were fantastic, and the location is excellent, near many Amman attractions. Highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We stayed one night after travelling from England, before continuing to Petra. Abdali Boulevard and Mall are about a ten-minute walk away. It was also Jordanian Independence Day, which gave the city a great atmosphere.

Salah was friendly and really helpful, and did a great job accommodating my friends and me. The staff were pleasant to deal with and ready to help whenever we needed anything.
