Najati at reception was a huge help throughout our stay. He was kind, professional, and always ready to assist, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is also in a really convenient spot, close to everything and easy to get around from. We had a great stay, highly recommend it, and would happily come back.

I booked a standard room and the staff kindly moved me to a family room. They were professional and accommodating, the room was cleaned each day, and the breakfast choices were fantastic. I had a great experience.

We’d stay here again. The room was clean, the staff were very attentive, and parking was right on the street in front. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Jordan, even better than Hilton.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and the place was comfortable and nicely located near the Petra entrance. There are good restaurants and shops around the hotel too.

We spent two nights here. The view from our room was outstanding, and breakfast had the same lovely outlook. The rooms were very clean, with water and snacks provided free. I’m calling the person at reception Mr.Miyagi, and he was outstanding: friendly, helpful, funny, and always willing to do more for us. Breakfast was first class. I’d definitely recommend the place.
