There was no real coordination or support from the wedding planner, and the DJ kept leaving during the event. The photographer was rude and disrespectful. The hall was dirty, and the furniture and cutlery were in terrible shape. Our wedding here was a complete disappointment. I strongly recommend avoiding this place for special occasions.

My first time staying at a hotel on my own, and they made me feel really welcome. They did a great job and were super hospitable during my stay.

The staff were friendly, quick, and helped me with everything I needed. My room was neat and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the spacious lobby and its sitting area, along with the gift shop's lovely souvenirs. The location was convenient, and the restaurant had very good food and a theme I loved. A perfect experience, I'd definitely recommend it.

The hall was dirty before our wedding, and the tables were shaky. Guests also found dirty, mismatched cutlery and dirty plastic plates, which was embarrassing and unhygienic. There were broken chairs, unclean bathrooms, and the hall's air conditioning wasn't working, making it uncomfortable, especially for our elderly relatives. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure about the event, and when we needed the wedding coordinator, she couldn't be found. We ended up scrambling to handle things ourselves. When we raised the problems, the wedding planner was rude and unhelpful, and showed no willingness to fix anything or compensate us. The whole experience was a nightmare. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for a wedding venue.
